Life can become quite hectic when selling a home. There's so much to do! We understand that, and can work with your seller to schedule our work around their, or your, busy schedule.

 

We clean up after ourselves!

Our mamas taught us well, we clean up after ourselves! (More than once we've been "accused" of leaving the work area cleaner than we found it.) On multi-day jobs, we tidy up before leaving each day, and always do a complete clean up at project end. Of course we haul off all job debris.

 

Centrally managed dispatch

It's easy to reach us, just call. We have a full-time in-office dispatcher to answer questions, schedule estimates and service calls, update the homeowner on a job's status, and convey information (such as new or updated buyer requirements) to our onsite technicians.

 

Latest technology

Our job estimators and service technicians all have smart phones and tablets, giving them ready access to our cloud-based job scheduling system. In addition to details about the job, the job record includes attachments such as photos showing the work to be done, and the inspection report (if you or the homeowner provided it to us), enabling our service technicians to arrive prepared. Any updates or additions to the job record are immediately available to our service technicians, so they are always up-to-date on what needs to be done and when.

 

Easy online payment options.

Full payment is due at project end. We accept all major credit cards, e-checks, and personal checks. Submitting payment is quick and easy, simply click the link in our emailed invoice and use our secure online payment processor.
